I’m a professionally registered counsellor (MBACP) based in Stroud, Gloucestershire, with years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges.
I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where we can explore your experiences, relationships, and circumstances together – always at your pace.
My approach is guided by three themes:
Understand · Overcome · Grow

I believe that there is nobody else quite like you.
Only you were born into your body, at that moment in time, to those people, in that place. Only you have walked through your unique web of relationships and experiences. You are a one-of-a-kind prism, casting your own light on what it means to be human.
So who are you?
In counselling we have the space to explore this question. To understand your feelings, thoughts and behaviours, and to make sense of your relationships, experiences, and challenges.
Together, we’ll uncover the meaning these hold for you today.
Counselling can’t change the past, but it can help you make peace with it, so it no longer shapes your present or future in ways you don’t want.
Whatever you’re facing, we’ll work together to process and understand it, so it no longer holds the same power over you.
I work with people navigating challenges such as:
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Feeling stuck or lost
• Stress, burnout, or overwhelm
• Panic attacks
• Grief, bereavement, or loss
• Relationships or family struggles
• Low self-confidence or body image concerns
• Big life changes or moments of crisis
I believe that every person has a remarkable capacity to shift the lens through which they see themselves and the world – allowing their unique light to shine in new and different ways.
As your counsellor, my role is to nurture that growth, helping you live with a deeper sense of meaning, connection, and fulfilment.
Counselling won’t magically change everything overnight – but it can change you. And with that change, you can shape a life that feels true to who you are.

Oh, if only I had a £1 for every time I was asked this! Let’s start with what the word itself means: The word psychodynamic
For some, counselling is a useful weekly tool that helps them to express their feelings and align their thoughts. For others it is a support
Life can be difficult for everyone at one point or another. As humans, we often compare our situations or worries to other people’s around us,
